At Rumi Hrbs, your health, trust, and satisfaction mean everything to us. We take great care in preparing and delivering our herbal products, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of herbal and consumable products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards:

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Description of the issue

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
  • Delivery charges are non refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products
  • Herbal supplements or ingestible items once unsealed
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless damaged or incorrect)

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet our policy conditions.
  • Slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur due to the natural nature of herbal products and are not considered defects.
